1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Bridge Business Solutions ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use EduCampusAI and related services, including when institution administrators connect payment gateways, CRM systems, or other data sources.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
- Account details (name, email, institution, role)
- Demo and contact requests submitted through this website (name, email, phone, institution, and message content)
- Institutional data your tenant stores (student records, staff profiles, academic structure, attendance, finance, CRM, and LMS content)
- Integration credentials and metadata for connected payment, CRM, or data providers (stored encrypted)
- Payment and transaction records processed through gateways you enable
- Usage logs, audit events, and technical diagnostics
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide authentication, tenant isolation, and core ERP features
- Process demo requests and respond to sales and support inquiries
- Sync authorized data from upstream systems you connect
- Generate optional AI-assisted analytics, insights, and recommendations
- Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
We do not sell personal data.
4. Third-party integrations
When an institution connects a payment gateway, CRM, or other provider, we receive credentials and identifiers according to the scopes approved during setup. We use those connections only to deliver features you enable. You control which integrations are active. You can disconnect integrations at any time from institution settings, where available.
5. Multi-tenancy and sharing
Each customer institution is isolated in a dedicated tenant environment. Data from one institution is not shared with other customers. Within an institution, authorized team members may access records according to their roles and permissions.
6. Retention
We retain tenant data while your subscription or trial is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing, security, and legal obligations. Institution administrators may request deletion of their tenant data subject to applicable law and contract terms.
7. Security
We encrypt integration secrets at rest, use HTTPS in production, and restrict internal access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Institution administrators may manage team members, disconnect integrations, and request export or deletion subject to applicable law. Individuals whose data appears in an institution's tenant (for example students or staff) should contact that institution first; we will assist institution administrators with reasonable deletion or access requests.
9. Children and students
EduCampusAI is used by educational institutions that may process data relating to minors. Institutions are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent and complying with applicable education and child privacy laws. We process such data only on the institution's instructions as a service provider.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material updates may also be communicated in-product or by email.
