Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EduCampusAI, a multi-tenant educational ERP platform operated by Bridge Business Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a demo, inviting users, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

EduCampusAI provides institution management features such as student information, admissions, finance, CRM, learning management, student portal, payment processing, and AI-assisted analytics and insights. Capabilities may evolve as we improve the product. Specific modules and integrations available to your institution depend on your subscription or agreement.

3. Accounts and institutions

Each customer institution receives an isolated tenant environment. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Institution administrators may invite users, assign roles, configure modules, and connect approved integrations for their organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform policies
• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants, accounts, or systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service availability
• Misuse OAuth connections, webhooks, or connected payment or data integrations
• Process student or staff data without appropriate authority and consent

5. Third-party integrations

When you connect payment gateways, CRM systems, or other providers, you authorize EduCampusAI to access data and perform actions within the scopes you approve. Those connections remain subject to the provider's terms and policies. We store integration credentials encrypted per tenant and use them only to deliver features you enable. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your institution settings, where available.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Customer content

You retain rights to institutional, student, and staff data you store in your tenant. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that AI-generated insights, scores, and suggestions are error-free. You remain responsible for academic, financial, and compliance decisions made using the product.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
